I bought these for a road trip and the whole pack was gone before we hit the halfway mark. The way each piece stretches and pulls before you bite through it is exactly the texture I remember loving as a kid.
The stretch factor is wild—you can pull a piece nearly double its length before it snaps back. Grape taste stays strong through the whole chew, which is more than I can say for most taffy. Wish the bag were bigger, but that’s my only gripe.
The grape flavor is surprisingly authentic, not that fake stuff you get in other chewy candies. The taffy pulls apart easily without getting stuck in your teeth, which is a huge plus for me. I’ll grab a few more bags next time I’m craving something sweet.
