The salted caramel fudge layer is thick and chewy, and the salt actually cuts through the sweetness instead of getting lost. I finished the 135g box in two sittings, which says enough.
That truffle center is so smooth it basically melts before you even chew, and the salted caramel keeps it from getting too sweet. A 135g bar disappeared in two sittings at my desk, which is my only complaint.
The salted caramel is perfectly bubbly and fizzy on the tongue, which makes each square feel like a tiny celebration. I've already gone through half the 135g box in one sitting, and the truffle center melts just slowly enough to savor.
