I was expecting mostly milk chocolate with a hint of strawberry, but the strawberry flavor is actually the star here. The little air pockets make each square feel light rather than heavy, so I finished the whole 90g bar in one sitting without feeling sick. Genuinely one of the nicer fruit-chocolate
That bubbly honeycomb texture is what does it for me — the little air pockets just melt away and the strawberry comes through creamy rather than fake. I usually find fruity chocolate too sweet, but this one's lighter than I expected and I finished half the bar in one sitting.
The strawberry flavour is nicely balanced, not too artificial, and the light bubbly texture makes it feel less heavy than a standard chocolate bar. It's a bit pricey for the 90g size, but it definitely hit the spot when I wanted something sweet but not too rich.
